    I walked into the Three Rivers Hotel for one beer as the sun was setting on my way to Charters Towers. I staggered out at the end of the night to find the locals had been through my kit on my bike and set up my camp on the front lawn of the pub. Seriously it does not get better than a big night at the Three Rivers Hotel! Great vibe and the locals are super friendly. My bike still wears the sticker they put on it, with pride! High light of my 5 week motorcycle trip to the cape.
